The app is terrible and way harder than it needs to be. The company's TOS are a nightmare. They don't email back when contacted. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible.

App is the wrong size for the screen. Cannot see the whole staffing roster to add overtime or make adjustments. Have tried in landscape or normal view. Sent an email to the developer with no response.

No push notifications if battery saver is on. Samsung s8. Used to get all notifications whether battery saver is on or not. After crewsence updated no longer works.

Does not want to load often and when it does you have to wait a bit for the next screen to load.

Awesome

Michael Ricci

Push notifications not coming through.

Christine

Great app though it would be great to see it not constantly alerting as a high drain app in the background. This happened on my samsung galaxy note 10 plus and now on my LG v60 phone.

Nicklaus Craig

Push notifications not coming through app along with no badge icons. I only get notified through the email notification even though I have the app set as primary. Missed quite a few callback opportunities. Frustrating!

7 months later, same problem. No response from maker of app. Inconsistent notices. Don't get noticed when OT available. Uninstalled and reinstalled, got a notice that was sent 2.5 hours earlier. Not good

Lots of annoying bugs within the app. Doesn't sync overtime to Google calendar automatically. Hoping the new app that is supposed to be coming works smoother.
